What To Expect From Your First Treatment

This is the lengthiest consultation, usually lasting one and a half hours. Adele will sit with you and take an in-depth case study looking at all facets of your health and life style. Following this, Adele will formulate a treatment plan and give you an indication of recommended treatment duration and anticipated success of the treatments for your individual condition. Adele will then formulate an acupuncture and or herbal prescription depending on your needs.
